Shaping a circular future for the marine industry
On December 3–4, 2025, Radici Marine and Aquafil will take part in the Cruise Ship Interiors (CSI) Expo in Hamburg, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to cruise ship interior design.
The exhibition will be a unique opportunity to share how two Italian companies, united by a commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability, are shaping a new vision for marine design.
Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe is the main networking hub for professionals in the naval and cruise furnishing industry, gathering designers, shipbuilders, and suppliers from across the world. The event offers an inspiring platform to exchange ideas and explore the solutions that will define the future of onboard living.
Through this partnership, Radici Marine and Aquafil reaffirm a shared belief: that true innovation lies in creating beauty with responsibility, transforming sustainability into a lasting commitment for the future of marine interiors.
Join us at Booth J30 during CSI Hamburg, on December 3–4, 2025, to explore the R2R® program, discover the Bloom Back collection, and experience the circular design solutions developed in collaboration with Radici Marine.
At Booth J30, Radici Marine and Aquafil will unveil the results of their collaboration — a synergy between advanced material research and Italian textile expertise, setting new standards for circularity in the marine sector.
The project stems from Aquafil’s R2R® (Born Regenerated to be Regenerable) program, which reimagines product development through a circular lens, ensuring that materials can be endlessly regenerated and reintegrated into the production cycle.
Within this vision, Radici Marine presents Bloom Back, an IMO-certified collection crafted entirely from polyamide 6. This mono-material structure guarantees both recyclability and performance, allowing the carpet to be fully regenerated through the ECONYL® Regeneration System at the end of its lifecycle.
Made using ECONYL® regenerated nylon, produced from recovered waste materials, Bloom Back embodies a contemporary approach to design — combining aesthetic refinement, technical excellence, and environmental awareness.
